1.How do you ensure the hoses wont leak under high-pressure spikes in construction machinery?
We strictly calculate and monitor the crimp diameter using digital calipers and perform batch hydrostatic burst testing. The precise compression ensures the steel reinforcement wire is securely locked to the fitting.
2.Our hydraulic pumps are highly sensitive. How do you prevent internal contamination?
Internal cleanliness is our priority. After cutting and crimping, every hose assembly is internally flushed using pneumatic cleaning projectiles to remove all cutting dust and particles, then capped before shipping.
3.Can you supply hoses with specific routing angles for tight AGV chassis spaces?
Yes. We utilize precision tooling to ensure exact fitting orientation angles (e.g., aligning two 90° fittings exactly 45° apart) so the hose drops perfectly into your compact AGV chassis without twisted tension.
4. Manufacturing & Inspection Basis
All hose assemblies are produced using automated, precision-controlled crimping machines. To maintain our zero-leakage fluid power standards, assemblies undergo rigorous hydrostatic pressure testing (up to 1.5x or 2x working pressure). Furthermore, internal cleaning (projectile flushing) is performed on every hose to ensure no rubber dust or metal shavings contaminate your hydraulic system.
